1. You have to order a penalty kick to be retaken because the goalkeeper moved forward from his goal line. A different player places the ball to re-take the kick. Do you allow a change of kicker?
   
   

2. A defending player moves beyond his own goal line in order to place an opponent in an offside position. What action do you take?
