May 2003 - You are the ref

1. When you call the captains together at the beginning of the game, one of them refuses to shake hands with the other.  What action do you take?
   
2. You are restarting play with a dropped ball near the touch line.  The ball hits a ridge and goes straight out of play.  What do you do next?
   
3. The two teams are wearing clearly contrasting kit – blue shirts and white shorts, red shirts and black shorts, both with white socks.  Is there a problem?
   
4. You acknowledge the manager's signal that he wishes to make a substitution and a player warming up near the corner flag runs straight on to the pitch. Do you take any action?
   
5. The in-swinging corner kick is correctly taken, strikes the near goal post and rebounds back to the kicker.  He centres and a colleague heads the ball into the net.  What do you award?
