- You award the Reds a free kick just outside their own
penalty area. The kicker decides to play the ball back to his keeper, but a
Blues striker intercepts the ball and shoots on goal, but the shot goes
outside the post. How do you re-start the game?
- In a local league game, without team sheets, you are about to send off a player and ask his name. “Long John Silver” he replies with a smile. What do you do?
- A player moves in front of an opponent going for the ball but not within playing distance and, in doing so, elbows him in the chest. What sanction do you impose?
- You spot that the goalkeeper who has
come out beyond the 18-yard line reaches back and handles the ball inside the penalty area.
Has he committed an offense?
- You see one of Team A's substitute strike a fellow
substitute on the bench. How do you deal with the situation?
