1. A goalkeeper comes out of the penalty area and handles the ball.  What action do you take
   
2. The in-swinging corner kick is correctly taken, strikes the near goal post and rebounds back to the kicker.  He centres and a colleague heads the ball into the net.  What do you award?
   
3. Without asking your permission, one of the goalkeepers and a defender decide to change roles whilst standing in the penalty area.  They have both got their shirts off when  the ball is played to the original goalkeeper who stops it with his hand.  What is your decision?
   
4. After a tackle a player complains that he has been cut by an opponent’s studs.  What do you do?
   
5. The penalty taker miskicks the ball and it just trickles forward.  A quick-thinking colleague runs in and boots the ball into the net.  Has a goal been scored?
